Once your ticket purchase is confirmed, you will find your QR code and ticket detail sent to your email. There is no need to print your ticket. You will register on arrival to Corporate Innovation Summit using the QR code provided. Please have with you, government-approved photo ID (passport, national ID, driver's license) and you will be good to go during registration!

We offer four types of ticket: Inner Circle Pass, Experiential Access, Conference Access, Online Access. For more information, click “Book Ticket” on the top right of the website.

Experiential Access offers add-on benefits to Conference Access, including hands-on workshop. For Inner Circle Pass, it is like a golden pass that gives you all-area access at the event. Compared to Conference Access, Inner-circle will enjoy plenty of exclusive sessions with our world-class speakers and attendees beyond Experiential Access, such as CEO exclusive dinner, speaker lounge access, and workshop priority. Therefore, if you would like to take CIS experience to the next level, Experiential Access and Inner Circle Pass definitely are the right ones for you.

We will be releasing a full schedule through CIS websites and our social media channels once the event date draws near and for those who already purchased the tickets, you will receive an email with full schedule as well.

In order to register for a workshop at Corporate Innovation Summit, you must have submit your interest through workshop registration form that you will receive after purchased the ticket. As workshops are one of the highlights of our summit and are run on a first-come, first-served basis, we strongly encourage you to complete your registration as soon as possible as each workshop allows a limited number of participants.

You will be able to access the conference from 8.00 a.m. onwards on 14 and 15 November 2023. The venue will be open for registration from 8.00 a.m. each morning of the event.

The ‘True Digital Park West’ is easily accessible by BTS Sky train (Punnawithi Station - Exit 6) and taxi. This venue is connected in walking distance via Sky Walk.

By mentioning/stating credits to the photographer and the name of the event, the photos taken at the event can be used for free. However, kindly noted that you are not allowed to edit nor use CIS photos for any commercial purpose.

• CIS does not issue refunds under any circumstances. Any and all payments made to CIS are not refundable for any reason, including, but not limited to, failure to use Credentials due to illness, acts of God, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, loss of employment and/or duplicate purchases. CIS will not issue refunds for Credentials that have been revoked. However, Refund Request can be made with the condition and will be validated by committee on case by case basis.
• Unused Credentials have no monetary value and cannot be credited to future years or events. CIS will not issue refunds or credits due to failure to redeem a discount coupon during the registration process. Discounted prices are based on the date payment is received in the CIS office.
• Lost or stolen Credentials will not be replaced. In the event Credentials are lost or stolen, new Credentials will need to be purchased at full price for a Participant’s continued access to the Events, including, without limitation, showcases, parties and conference content.
• Use of a Credential by anyone other than the authorized individual will result in revocation of the Credential without a refund.
